What does Whypayfullprice do?
WhyPayFullPrice.com.au is a daily deal website that saves you 50-90% on restaurants, accommodation, entertainment, fashion, day spas, attractions etc. Part of our service includes emailing you the best deal each day. You can also see alerts daily on Twitter and Facebook. The deal is usually available for purchase online over 24 hours but sometimes sells out earlier. So be quick! If you purchase the deal you will receive an email with your voucher within 48 hours after the deal has completed its promotion. When you receive your coupon print it off, you will need to present it to the business to redeem your offer.
Can I feel confident to use my credit card on WhyPayFullPrice?
Absolutely. Your credit card details are transmitted directly via 256-bit SSL to a secure data vault, and the "padlock" icon on your browser confirms this. This data is never stored on our servers, so you can be confident in buying safely.
What do I do if I want to buy the deal?
Most deals go for 24 hours, so you have limited time to make your purchase. If you want to buy the deal, simply click the button on the home page "Buy Now". Once the predetermined number of people have agreed to purchase the deal then and only then do we charge your credit card. Once the "deal is on" and you have purchased it you will receive an email with your coupon 48 hours after the deal stops being promoted.
What does it mean by "the deal is on"?
Some deals require a minimum number of people to agree to purchase the deal before it is available. Once the predetermined number of people agree to purchase the deal you will see the words "the deal is on". Alternatively if the deal is not "on" yet. You will see something like "5 more people needed before the deal is on".
Can I still buy the deal before "the deal is on"?
Yes you can agree to buy the deal before it is on. You do this by clicking on "buy now" button and follow the instructions. If the predetermined number of people do not agree to buy the deal your credit card will not be charged and you will not receive the coupon. Once the "deal is on" your credit card gets charged and we email your coupon to you within 48 hours of the promotion closing.
When I click "buy now" will my credit card be billed immediately?
No your credit card will not be charged immediately if we have not reached the minimum number of people required for the "deal to be on". However if you make the purchase after the minimum number have purchased the deal then we will charge you straight away.
What happens if the predetermined number of people don't buy the deal?
If we don't reach the predetermined number of people who want to buy that deal, the deal is off and no one will be charged. You will have to look out for future deals on our site to purchase.
If the "deal is on" and I make the purchase, what will happen next?
You click the "buy now" button and follow the instructions given to buy the deal. Once you have made the purchase Whypayfullprice will send you an email with your coupon within 48 hours of the promotion closing. Simply print off the coupon (you will need to present your voucher to redeem your offer). All terms and conditions for the deal will be printed on the coupon.
Can I give these offers as a gift even if my name is on the voucher?
Yes you can give them to someone else as a gift unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions printed on the coupon of that deal.
Can I use half my coupon on one visit and use the other half on subsequent visits?
No you can not use your voucher over several visits unless specifically stated on the coupon. Some retailers give you an additional coupon to spend on the second visit; where this is mentioned on the coupon it is okay to use on the next visit.
Can I use my WhyPayFullPrice coupon in conjunction with other offers?
No you can not use it with any other offers the business may have running.
How do I get my friends to join too?
You can spread the word on Facebook, Twitter or Email or send them a referral from our website.
What does the valid date on the coupon mean?
The valid date refers to the last date you can redeem your coupon. Usually this ranges from 1 month to 1 year but be sure to check your coupon as valid dates vary. Always check the deal for expiry details and other terms and conditions before making your purchase and if prior bookings are necessary be sure to make the booking well in advance of the end valid date.
What if I buy a voucher and the business closes?
WhyPayFullPrice will refund your money in the event the business closes due to which you were unable to redeem the voucher.
I've purchased my coupon but haven't received it
Unless otherwise mentioned in the terms and conditions of the deal WhyPayFullPrice coupons are available 48 hours after the deal stops being advertised on our website. You can access your coupon after this time by going to your account:
- Go to www.whypayfullprice.com.au and login to your account
- Hover over 'My Account' tab this will show a drop-down menu
- Select 'My Coupons' or 'My Vouchers' from the drop-down menu
- Your WhyPayFullPrice purchases will be shown
- To view and/or print your WhyPayFullPrice coupon, click on 'print'
- To download and print your coupon/voucher, click on 'download'
My coupon purchase does not show up in my account. What do I do?
Check that you have followed the six steps above.
- Maybe you have used a different email address or set up more than one account. Login using a different email address you may have used. This might solve your problem.
- If you have a Facebook Account, try logging into WhyPayFullPrice from your Facebook Connect button (You can see Facebook connect on the main deal page toward the top right hand corner) put your Facebook username and password and then follow these steps:
- Hover over 'My Account' tab this will show a drop-down menu
- Select 'My Coupons' or 'My Vouchers' from the drop-down menu
- Your WhyPayFullPrice purchases will be shown
- To view and/or print your WhyPayFullPrice coupon, click on 'print'
- To download and print your coupon/voucher, click on 'download'
Alternatively Check your credit card statement. If WhyPayFullPrice has not charged you then your purchase may not have gone through.

I've requested reset my password however I have not received any email from WhyPayFullPrice
It is possible that the auto-response email with your password reset link could be filtered as spam. Please add noreply@whypayfullprice.com.au to your Safe Senders List or Contact List in your email account . You will need to reset your password again after doing this.
